Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do our best to keep product, pricing, and availability information accurate, but we may correct errors and cancel or refuse an order affected by a pricing or stock mistake, with a full refund.
Discount codes
Promotional codes are valid for a limited time, apply to eligible products only, and cannot be combined unless we say so. We may withdraw a code at any time.
Shipping & delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery timelines shared at checkout are estimates and may vary with courier and location. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
Returns & refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
